MindBodyGreen is an online conversation about health, and it is absolutely addicting! I’m not sure how I discovered the site, but now that I have, I can’t get enough of it!
MindBodyGreen’s mission is to revitalize the way people eat, move, and live. The site provides tools and information you can use to make your life better, and it covers a wide range of topics, from happiness and personal growth to nutrition and fitness.
You can access MindBodyGreen directly via the internet or follow them through social media, including Twitter, Pinterest and/or Facebook. You can also sign up for their “Daily Wellness Inspiration” via email. I find their Facebook page to be the most engaging, and once I start looking at their posts, I just can’t quit reading them. I must be in their target demographic because it seems like every article was written specifically for me!
